Dr. Trombley PT has 20+ years of experience treating women. She uses this knowledge in her 4-week signature program, Strong Women, Strong Bones to help you learn the exact exercises you need to do to stay strong and active. In the program, you master weight training and yoga, specifically modified to enhance safety while maximizing bone and muscle building.
Dr. Trombley has both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy, specializes in women’s health issues, and has been a certified yoga teacher for over 12 years. She has the knowledge and experience you have been looking for.
