    Join Dr. Andrea Trombley, PT for this intensive 4-week series designed specifically for women over 50 who want to:


    👉Avoid unnecessary bone loss that can cause the dreaded humpback
    👉Prevent falls that fracture
    👉Stay fearlessly active for years to come
    👉Feel confident with the exercises you do and know you are doing what's good for you.

    In this supportive program, you will get strong💪, work on great posture and learn how to stay active for years to come.

    Stop worrying whether you are doing the right exercise, get the answers.

    You will master your exercise routine, including yoga and weight training, and establish a consistent routine. This is the key to your long-term success!

    ✔️On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we do a 35-minute yoga class.
    ✔️ On Monday and Friday, we do a 35-minute Weights and Core class.
    ✔️On Wednesdays, you will be encouraged to walk, either outdoors or on a treadmill.

    The classes will be live on ZOOM, and recorded, so you can do them later in the day if the time doesn't work for you.

    ✔️You will also have access to the *Content Library* as soon as you purchase your program. The Content Library has over 250 classes. You can choose to do an additional class on Wednesdays or over the weekends.


    The educational sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings.

    ➢Sarcopenia - What is it and what should I do?
