Osteoporosis, osteopenia weight training with dumbbell.

Learning how to lift weights is an essential part of keeping your bones strong to prevent or treat osteoporosis and osteopenia.

✅In 4 weeks, together we will:

  • learn how to lift handheld weights at home

  • learn the basics of yoga

  • learn your bone and muscle anatomy

  • get the foundations of nutrition

  • and feel confident that you are doing exactly what you need for your optimal bone health.

Join Andrea Trombley, PT for Strong Women, Strong Bones, a 4-week program designed specifically for women with bone loss who want to prevent falls that fracture, and stay fearlessly active for years to come.

In this program, you will master the essential exercises you need for healthy aging, and learn how to stay active for years to come.

You don’t have to worry about what the right exercises to do are, we tell you and show you.

  • On Mondays and Fridays, do a live 35-minute Weights and Core class.

  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, do a live 35-minute yoga class.

  • On Tuesday evenings, check in on your progress and participate in a live education session.

The classes are live on ZOOM, and recorded, so you can do them later in the day if the time doesn't work for you. You will also have access to the Content Library with over 300 classes.

Bones build when we add resistance. Jumping rope, bouncing, heel stomps all increase bone strength.

In addition to the live yoga and weight training classes, you also get four live evening education sessions.

On Tuesday evenings at 7 pm EST, you will get answers to all of your questions about building a strong body, natually. The topics we cover:

➢All About Bone - What it’s Made of and How to Build It.

➢All About Muscles - Benefits of Strength Training at any age

➢Nutrition for Strong Women

➢All About your Heart - Cardiovascular Health
