    One: I have many free exercise tutorials on my YouTube channel. I have made these tutorials to help you learn how to lift and move to help build bone while staying safe.

    I would start with these three exercises if you are eager to get going now:
    Biceps Curl

    Three: Four times a year, I offer my signature program, Strong Women, Strong Bones live. I teach a small group of women how to lift weights, practice yoga, and learn about building bone naturally, over a 5-week time frame.
