I have a few different resources for you.

One: I have many free exercise tutorials on my YouTube channel. I have made these tutorials to help you learn how to lift and move to help build bone while staying safe.

I would start with these three exercises if you are eager to get going now:
Biceps Curl
Bent Elbow Fly
Goblet Squat

Two: If you want full-length (45-minute) yoga classes, I have recorded a 6-class video series, Introduction to Yoga for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia that you can purchase here >>>Yoga for Osteoporosis 6-Class Video Series <<<.

Three: Four times a year, I offer my signature program, Strong Women, Strong Bones live. I teach a small group of women how to lift weights, practice yoga, and learn about building bone naturally, over a 5-week time frame. You can email me at andrea@andreatrombley.com to be added to the waitlist for my upcoming cohort.

Thank you for your purchase.

All of my recorded classes are on a platform called Punchpass. You can go directly to Punchpass and login, or you can go to the HOME page of this website and click the button that says “Access Punchpass - Classes and Content Library Here.” Be sure to log in to access all of your content.

At this time, I am working only with groups and am not seeing individual clients. I hope you join my upcoming Strong Women, Strong Bones Jumpstart. I give all my time and energy to this group. When you ask a question in a group setting, all of the members benefit from the answer.

Yes, you can find it here.
